I seriously can’t believe that I woke up at 8am on a SATURDAY! I mean, I was really exhausted from all the papers but I still managed to crawl out of bed. Actually, it didn’t start off well. Well, grumpiness usually follows in the morning right? Being irritated over minor things and then making a big fuss out of nothing. That’s what I am in the morning. My temper seriously sucks.

Let’s not talk about such stuff but instead, I came across this interesting book in Ang Mo Kio library this afternoon. I couldn’t really remember the title but it is full of inspirational quotes. There was this phrase that I think was quite interesting. It goes like this.

Be a positive pessismist

A pessimist would not go out when it is raining.

A optimist would wish that it would stop raining.

A positive pessimist would bring an umbrella out when it is raining.

So I guess the point in this short four lines is to encourage all of us to not give up when obstacles impede on our progress. Instead, think of ways to overcome it. Also, do not be an optimist that only wishes for it to end and not do anything (:

Thank God it’s Friday!

I thought weekends would never come after being overwhelmed with so much papers in the past few days! Now its finally time to bade farewell to Maths and General Paper. I’m NEVER going to look at maths anymore. Okay. Kidding. That’s a joke alright. Like it would ever happen? Then what am I going to do when I buy things? -.- Well anyways, I’m just not going to take a course that has relation to advanced maths during university.

Right now, I’m really stressed. I’ve been thinking recently about which course I should enroll in during university, not forgetting the fact that I might not even be able to. I even asked my mum how would she feel if I failed to do so. “Then repeat lor” Her reply wasn’t what I expected. I thought she would start nagging me and then give those reasons that I didn’t prepare beforehand or whatsoever. But nope, none of that at all. She changed, or have I?

I’m currently juggling between Psychology or Business administration but it seems like both are popular courses! Which means my chance of getting in is narrowed to a tiny dot! I heard from my friends that in the first year, you would enroll into the faculty that you want and when you’re in Year 2, you would then choose a specific course you would like to study. I’m not sure though. Anyone who can enlighten me out there about it?

Enough about these stressful topics! I just thought that I should really give myself a good rest today so that I can absorb better tomorrow when I start revising on Economics which I have not even touched at all. Sure, I’m feeling guilty but time is not on my side right now. So I’ll just have to do whatever it allows me to.

Feeling even more guilty right now as I’ve just watched two full episodes of “You’re Beautiful”. How could I stop at episode 11 when the ending keeps us in such suspense. That kiss at the last few seconds were a “OH MY GOD” kind of thing. I’m sure nobody would have expected it to turn out that way! Then in the beginning of episode 12, Tae-Kyung’s reaction was so duper funny with his total fake laughter, trying to shrug off the entire incident. Min-Nam’s reaction as even more hilarious with those fireworks background. I have to say I’m actually feeling sad for Shin-Woo. And when he sang that song with the guitar at the dance studio, it was so AHH! Cannot be described in words at all! He’s actually meaning what he’s singing and Min-Nam on the other hand feels that it applies to her too. So it’s kind of a two way thing actually. If Min-Nam’s a fool, Sin-Woo is even more foolish for always being there for her.

It’s like every time she’s sad, he’ll be there for her. And when she’s up and fine, she goes off to find Tae-Kyung. It seems that he’s always there to pick up the pieces yet he can’t stop doing it because he likes her. The most unforgettable scene I have to say was when he followed Min-Nam around the shopping district and gave her hints on the best places to shop and eat while Min-Nam on the other hand have no idea. I mean the idea is ridiculous but the part when he called her and say “turn around and walk straight, you’ll understand”. He was standing there waiting for her but Tae-Kyung just had to call and she walked away instead. That was seriously so sad for him. But I can’t say I rather Tae-Kyung and Min-Nam together. Typical storyline with a male supporting lead who would love and care for the female lead secretly but it always manages to gather much sadness.

Well, the drama is ending in only 4 more episodes, 16 in total. I can’t wait for the next episode knowing how the plot has developed. Tae-Kyung’s confession in episode 12 totally caught me off guard. It’s so sweet! The way he said it, making use of all the words that Min-Nam had said before. Saying that he’s her star and she only wish to see him without him knowing that she is. And when he finally link everything together due to the help of the manager about that pig nose thing that Min-Nam always do, I’m sure many viewers like me were cheering. Then both of them appears at the scene again where Min-Nam asked without Tae-Kyung knowing “Can I love you?” At that time, Tae-Kyung had no idea she was talking about him. He thought she was talking about the stars in the sky when the star she had always mentioned was actually him himself! Things are suddenly speeding up! Enough with the UHEY wickedness and welcome to the Tae-Kyung and MinNam time!

Personally, I think UEE is really beautiful and her acting skills rock, that’s how she make us hate her so much. LOL. In the drama, she poised as a “kind-hearted” person but in truth she’s actually really mean inside. The way she could portray her extreme personalities is totally cool!

And I don’t know why but I think Shin Hye looks good even after cross dressing as a male! :O Okay wait. After watching Etude House CFs. Nope. She looks good in both!

To say the truth, I’m feeling really anxious now. No longer feeling the calm that I always have. After being traumatized by the previous papers, now I’m so scared of tomorrow’s maths paper 2. I’ve studied from the morning till now and I’m still not sure if I can do every topic well. It’s getting so scary. I think I’m going a little crazy already ><”

Been listening to songs all day long which means 93.3fm! And today they played Ft Island’s Love Sick! Gosh! I was so shocked when I heard it. I guess they were trying to promote the upcoming Sundown Seoul’d Out 09! Can’t wait. Dec 12! Totally obsessed with Brown Eyed Girls right now :X

Okay! Actually I came online just to check the prediction of what’s gona come out tomorrow! So its time to go off! Before that, during dinner yesterday, I was just wondering. These plates of food in front of me belong to animals and plants which were alive before it was slaughtered for food. How does it feel actually? To know that you are born to be killed and served as food? And isn’t it weird when animal lovers are complaining that these animals should be treated better when they actually also eat meat? I’m just curious. I mean its true their living conditions shouldn’t be too sloppy. But its kind of contradicting?
