IGNORANCE IS BLISS!

I rather live in that false perception of mine

Seriously, I think I don’t see any hope right now anymore. I’m going crazy. Computing paper wasn’t very awesomely done, maths paper was crap and now gp together. What’s the point of taking other papers when you know there’s no point already?

I shouldn’t have went to checked the meanings of the unknown words in the passage. Now that I’ve known what they really mean, my paper 2 is a total goner and not to add that my paper 1 was crap too. AHHH! Forget it. zzzz

Anyways, that’s not the issue here. The point is, I’m so dead. I’m about to bade goodbye to my university life which have NOT even started. That’s how bad it is. Today’s paper was Maths Paper 1. I was still full of confidence when I stepped into the examination hall due to the false boost of hope gotten from the practising of 2 papers, 07 and 08. Right now, I only want to slam my face against the wall and wished that I haven’t went in with hopes so high. It’s seriously bye to my A already. I was still living in joy yesterday when my Computing paper 1 ended which I thought was rather “do-able” and perhaps A is still within my reach. But the feeling I have now is a complete opposite.

Well, tomorrow’s paper is GP. Something to hope for? Not sure anymore. Don’t wana disappoint myself any further. Just going to do my best in whatever that comes upon me. 2 down, 8 more to go.

My eyes are seriously ._. right now. My eyelids feel so super duper heavy right now. It’s telling me that they need to rest. Wait awhile okay? I’ll rest soon! Just let me finish this post of mine!

Today I woke up at around 7.15am to my handphone alarm. The first thing response that I had was to switch it off, not even letting it have a chance disturbing me again through snooze mode. Thank goodness, the night before I’ve already predicted this and had two alarms ready. One at 7.15am as mentioned before and the other at 7.30am. When the second one rang, I was awake already but seriously can’t muster the energy to lift my body off bed. So I just laid there till 8am. Had my breakfast, studied a little of computing, took a refreshing shower and went out to meet CheeWee, YinXiu, KeQin, Zhengrui and RenZhi.

Luckily I was witty enough to go later as I knew that CheeWee and the others won’t be on time. I mean, the plan CheeWee took much effort in planning wasn’t too bad but 30 minutes from Yishun to Toa Payoh including the time needed to get the necklace from AMK Hub was too unrealistic so I managed to avoid the situation RenZhi landed in and did not even have a proper breakfast while waiting for us. Coincidentally, I was on the same train as CheeWee and the others.

It was awkward for me initially as I didn’t know anyone there except for RenZhi and CheeWee. Thankfully YinXiu took the initiative to speak to me and stuff so I didn’t get left out. After that we proceeded on to the void deck near Jas’s house. Surprisingly, Jas lives SO NEAR to TPY mrt station. I always thought it was some distance away yet it was just a stone throw away.

Miraculously, CheeWee managed to get in without catching the security guard’s attention which was mainly on the broken side door. Meanwhile, the rest of us played “Cheat” for around 1 hour. Through those times, I managed to get to know the rest better. I mean like, a first impression through this game showed a lot about others. It was hilarious when YinXiu and RenZhi had repeated attempts trying to smoke through though we kept catching them. And they had this pattern somehow. I managed to win through the first round and draw at the second as Jas was approaching us already.

After that we met with a problem which was that our candle has no holder to hold it in place! So YinXiu (I think) came up with this idea which is to stick it on the top of the box. I didn’t take any pictures today so its all with YinXiu. Shall grab it from her next time or something. When Jas came, we sang the birthday song and lied to her there’s no cake. I mean it seems so -.- When you see a candle above a box, what do you feel? LOL. The box becomes the “cake”.

We played another round of Cheat and I won again. Kind of lied and didn’t lie. They didn’t catch me when I cheated so I guess yeah

Then we went to have lunch at KFC. Been so long since I’ve stepped foot in there and I was so shocked after the fact that with a Popular card, the meal is so much cheaper. In addition, there’s student meal on WEEKENDS. Chatted over lunch and learnt more interesting events that happened during OBS especially the memorable kayaking parts. Quite sad that I didn’t go though ): Have never been to OBS before! What a pitiful soul. Darn.

Jas came along when we were finishing and we scouted for a place to study after getting chased out by Macdonalds’ staff. In the end we finally settled on the rooftop garden at one of the HDB. The view up there wasn’t breath taking or something like that. I mean we ain’t on some mountain or something right? But the air feels so much cooler and fresher up there and the way the wind blows on my face feels so good! Something that I haven’t experienced for awhile after all that heat waves in the past few weeks or I should say months.

Studied for like a couple of hours but just couldn’t really focus after that because I was too tired. YinXiu and KeQin left around 4plus while the rest of us carried on studying. Finally we gave up and we played “Bridge”. The guys were teaching Jas and I patiently while I took a long time to understand how the game really goes about. After playing a few rounds, I understood why it was addictive of some sense. Before we left, ZhengRui did some actions and we were supposed to guess what he was trying to show, which means charets. I couldn’t get it right and when I finally did, it was quite funny -.-

After that I left for home after getting the right mathematical  compass which was mistaken as the direction compass from Popular. The others went to have dinner together.

Oh and here’s the gift I’ve prepared for Jas.

It was well, not a well though out gift but I’ve really ran out of ideas. It’s the best I could do.

So yeah, it’s well 1 hour past twelve.

I finally realised why I can’t sleep at night! Because I forgot one simple reason, chocolates have caffeine in them! And guess what? I’ve been eating chocolates at night so that I can stay awake and study. I think the effect is even greater since I’m eating dark chocolates or something -.- But anyways, its good to eat dark chocolates since my family members hates them! So no one will snatch from me including my brother! Hurray to consuming chocolates alone :X

Well anyways, watching today’s Music Bank was worth it though it meant a couple of hours wasted not studying There’s this new girl group called JQT! One of the girls Park Ga Jin is so CUTE! Her eyes are so sparkly(is this the word to describe it?) I’m totally “dian dao”! Anyways, here’s their performance. She’s the one at 0:50. I know its SO BLUR. But its the only one I can find now so yeah. Too bad then ><”

Oh and watched f(x)’s Chu dance for the first time. Amber as usual still looks hot and Krystal has all the best clothes. Victoria’s cartwheel was seriously WOW. I mean I didn’t really expect that but suddenly a perfect cartwheel just appeared. Totally cool. Chu~

Not forgetting BROWN EYED GIRL’S SIGN! Gosh. I’m so addicted to their song. The music video still lives in my head. And I think I’m falling for Son Ga In. She looks so hot here! Now I’m declared a fan as Brown Eyed Girls. They rock! This song that they are performing here is Sign.

Last but not least, RING DING DONG by SHINee. This song is SO addictive. When I first heard this song, I was like what kind of song is this! Then now its like I can’t stop singing this song. Oh anyways, when I was watching today’s performance, I was thinking. Isn’t the first guy who sang Ye Sung? I was like maybe I didn’t see clearly. Then I went to youtube and checked. It was really him! Onew is still love!

Anyways, every episode of You’re Beautiful makes me teary eyed. Episode 10 was the same! I wonder how the plot would develop in Episode 11 but I won’t be watching it next week. Going to wait till after As then I’ll watch it one whole shot! Don’t spoiler me anyone !
