This is basically a 6 step easy tutorial on how to lose weight.
Step 1
Get a full-time retail job. Make sure your job requires you to work more than 9 hours per day. Also, your job should include much walking and running around. *Your job shouldn’t only require you to stand at the counter and wait for a customer to come in*
Step 2
When getting to work on public transport, do not sit down. You have to stand all the way no matter how tired you are. Its the same when going back home. *By doing this, you even let those who need the seats more than you have them. Isn’t that good! (: *
Step 3
Have irregular meals. There shouldn’t be a fixed time where you can eat. It would be good if you get starved a little between 2 meals. Also, eat little for breakfast and have a heavy supper every night. Do not fear indulging in foods such as ice cream and bubble tea. Its even better if you include one in your everyday diet.
Step 4
No more than 6 hours of sleep is allowed per day. To increase effectiveness, make sure there is at least one day where you get only 4 hours of sleep.
Step 5
On off days, go out and shop with your friends. Slacking at home being a potato couch is NOT allowed. Make sure it is a whole day event, not just a half day planned trip. Watching movies are also not allowed as you would be sitting for long period of time.
Step 6
Run to the Mrt or Bus stop everyday when you are going for work. This increases your metabolism rate and hence burn more fats.
Above listed are the ways that allowed me to lose 5kg in 3 months.
Caution: This is not a healthy way of dieting. It also varies on everybody’s body status. Hence, do not try this on yourself but on your friend instead first.
