Well this happened to me today too. But luckily it still works. i took my ipod touch out from the toilet imediately and dried it with a towel. next i used a vacuum to suck out any water in the components by putting it in the Headphone port and docking port. if that doesnt work then put the ipod in a zip lock bag or a bowl with dry rice and leave it there for 2 days or a week. note: until water is completely out of the device. Pray and hope your device turns on. Good luck

I tried the rice method, apparently it can be turned on now but wi-fi can’t be used anymore ): its greyed out. i guess i can’t do anything to help it anymore.
